Our Menu

Our menu has not changed in 30 years and you could almost say the same thing about the prices. Using authentic deli ingredients and keeping the prices affordable has always been a priority. Much of the meat and cheeses are shipped directly from the Big Apple itself. That accounts for the consistent quality and taste.

Our Story

From humble beginning as a small food counter out of a grocery store on the corner of Williamson and Liberty the New Yorker Deli was born. From the dreams and hard work of Harry and Eileen Russell The New Yorker Delicatessen is a mainstay and a true Roanoke landmark.

Our Deli

From thinly sliced Pastrami and Corned Beef to olive oils, pickles, peppers and cheeses everyone can find something to like at the deli counter and small grocery section. An assortment of beers from around the world and wines are also available for carry out.
